Antique Oliver Plow
 The Oliver Tractor Company evolved from the development and sale of plows, those which were said to be the finest ever made.  There is much history built around this company in South Bend, Indiana. We have been fortunate enough to live close by the original factories and home of the Oliver family and must say that a tour of those facilities that are left was quite a thrill.  You can see much of this from some of the links listed below.

Kevin Coer's Oliver Haven: A good Oliver web page which has some good Oliver pictures.
Mike's Oliver Tractor Restoration Barn: The site has a progressional restoration of a 1955 Oliver Super 88 Diesel Standard complete with photos along the way.  The only resident in the barn is a 1955 Oliver Stationary Front Axle Super 88 Diesel. Later in it's production this same modeltractor was called a "Wheatland". This page will chronicle the on-going restoration (or at least cleaning up of) this old workhorse.
